Fulbright Fellow and researcher, lecturer and author on restitution of Jewish property from the Holocaust-era and nonprofit sector. Served as advisor for the European Shoah Legacy Institute (ESLI). Served as the Senior Director of the governmental Department for Restitution of Rights and Jewish Property. Also served as senior advisor to the Prime Minister’s office on restitution of rights and Jewish property. Served on the Board of the World Jewish Restitution Organization (WJRO), and of the International Commission for Holocaust Era Insurance Claims (ICHEIC). Participated in five major international conferences on restitution of Jewish property from the Holocaust-era.
Holds a PhD in History from Tel-Aviv University, a MA in Public Administration and Public Policy from Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and BA in economics.
